We produce Vulcanised O-ring using special molding method. Therefore if the inner diameter exceeds certain size we can produce just from one ring as per your order request. The mold cost is not required if there is an available mold of that particular size.

As for order of the vulcanised O-ring please contact us using the enquiry form.

This is extremely small O-ring which is used for the ultra precision machine. The available mold size we have is from minimum thickness of 0.3 and minimum inner diameter of 0.5.

Extensive numbers of molds are available. Please ask us the availability of your required size using the enquiry form.

We have round shape string for temporary use in stock. It can be used as an O-ring by adjusting the length and gluing both ends.
